The main goal of the dissertation thesis was to analyze the importance of flexibility for entities in the labor market in Kuwait. The aim of this research was to find out the attitude of employees and organizations towards flexibility and flexible work arrangements and to identify preferences in their selection. The aim of this study was to examine the factors that influence the perception of flexibility in the workplace and at the same time to find relationships between them. The data were obtained through anonymous questionnaires, which consisted of multiple-choice questions as well as open-ended questions and targeted employees and organizations in Kuwait. The aim of the work was to provide organizations, legislators and the wider community with a better understanding of the importance of flexibility for employees and organizations in Kuwait and to make recommendations for creation of flexible work arrangements, their practical application, and increase their use.
